"If I could leave 0 stars I would this is the worse place I’ve ever lived our first day moving in we were given the wrong apartment and were told that we could leave if we didn’t like it . Months went on and we started to notice roaches in the apartment the old management did nothing about we let new management know when they came in and they are worse then the last company. Not to mention if you have a dog don’t live here cause they have multiple dogs on property that are dangerous so if you have little kids becarful . I was actually attacked by one of them not that, that matters . Fast forward to December someone broke 2 of my windows and nothing was done about . It took them till I day before I moved out to have someone put roach traps out . I stopped paying my rent because who wants to waste 1330 on apartment filled with roaches ? It’s going to cost me more than that to replace all of my things . I highly recommend looking somewhere else . (Down below will be a picture of the dog bite the back of my fridge and a roach)"

"Couple thoughts about this place: cockroaches. hallways always smell. Ventilation is bad so you'll always get odor in the hallways that lead to your personal unit. Building 753- always smells like cigarettes on the ground level floor. Online says that there's onsite laundry.... which is false. They changed management which doesn't help much for this place. There's always litter in the parking lot. Only time they are useful is when they want to take your money. Also if you get an unrenovated unit....just cancel your lease and go somewhere else. When I first moved in, there were grease stains layered on the cabinets. In summary: Avoid this place:)"

"Im writing this review with a deep disappointment regarding the security situation in our apartment complex. Recently, there have been two package thefts incident, and I'm appalled by the lack of response and action from the property management. Despite reporting these incidents, we haven't received any communication or acknowledgment from the management. This has left us feeling abandoned and neglected as residents. The ongoing security issues, especially with the main entrance door, are not to be taken lightly. It's disheartening to see such a lack of urgency and a failure to address the problem, especially with the holiday season fast approaching. I'm reluctantly giving a 1-star rating in the hope that this negative feedback will finally prompt the management to prioritize the safety and security of the residents. We deserve better, and we expect better."

"I hate It here. The only thing I love about my unit is the closet and the appliances in the kitchen. This place has so much potential but is poorly maintained and managed. The air conditioning works when It wants to. At some point my apartment was 80+ degrees. When my air was not properly working there was an increase of bugs in my apartment. I informed them and they had an “exterminator” come to my unit. The exterminator only sprayed my windows and did not care to see exactly how the bugs were getting in. They sent me an email with preparations for pest control only to find out they didn’t book pest control. So i prepared everything as they asked and the issue still isn’t resolved. The walls are super thin and I can literally hear other people conversations. I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling and they left the hole open for almost 2 weeks. They supposedly fix the leak but it’s seems to be slowly leaking again. I pay too much money for a “renovated” unit to be having these issues. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that has basic standards. Like my review if y’all want screenshots and photos!"
