"I came here after having TWO horrific experiences with hotels who were grossly uneducated and denied me rooms when I walked in with my professionally trained SERVICE dog. Mike was at the front desk and absolutely a lifesaver. He was knowledgeable, professional and gave perfect customer service! I will 100% be recommending this location and will be changing my loyalty to Hyatt now!"
"Stayed here because of its location to the NOW arena. Service was nice. Rooms were ok, except for a hair on pillow case and 1 on shower wall. Was very busy, and our hallway floor smelled of pot. The breakfast was really disappointing. Was down there at 9am and it was pretty empty and was messy. Very disappointed that we had to go out and spend money, when this was included in our rate."
"I used the hotel for my conference. It suited my needs and Susan and Melody were very accommodating. The gentleman who were there that day also were attentive and helpful. So glad everything worked out. Thank you so much for your service."
"Seriously avoid this place. First off, I believe that a lot of the reviews of this hotel are fake. They have been made by accounts with no photos and no other reviews. They also mention use of amenities like the pool which has not been open for months. Filter the reviews by “highest” and note that 1) all users have posted 1-2 reviews total and 2) all of their profiles are “restricted”. Trust me, nothing about this hotel is good enough to go through the hassle of creating a Google account to post a positive review. Google should look into the legitimacy of those reviews. The owners should be ashamed. I stayed here for 3 nights. The first night there was a ton of commotion in the parking lot, loud music with heavy bass and young people yelling. It disturbed my sleep. I was shocked the hotel staff didn’t stop this as it was occurring on their property. The next afternoon when I arrived back to the hotel and there were 4 cop cars there. A man was being arrested in the parking lot and a woman was being arrested in the vestibule entrance. That should tell you all you need to know about the clientele of this hotel. Aside from those things, I am shocked that the Hyatt name is even associated with this establishment. The building and rooms are not in good condition. The bathroom is so small you have to enter the shower to close the door. There were stains on the couch. It was visibly dirty. The windows were permanently cloudy. The hallways were dirty and dingy with bags of garbage sitting out. The front desk staff (although nice) were very unprofessional. They were taking personal calls, laughing, being loud etc. The man who appears to be the manager or owner awkwardly sits in an office right by the entrance and watches guests but NEVER smiles. He never greeted anyone warmly. It was an off putting experience. I would never stay at this hotel again. The only upside is the location but there are plenty of other hotels nearby that must be better. Spend the extra $50 a night somewhere else, it’d be worth it."
"I appreciated the digital check in and being able to skip the front desk as a World of Hyatt member. The bed was comfortable but my room (203) had an old/musty smell to it. The AC really seemed to struggle to keep up during the day, so maybe it had something to do with that. My room was also missing the spare blankets/pillow for the couch that I usually find in most Hyatt Places. Breakfast was delicious and staff were all very friendly and helpful."
