"I would give 0 stars if I could. I got my prescription transferred to this location from a different CVS store. The person who I spoke to said it will be ready in an hour, I went to pick up after couple of hours and didn't have the medication ready. In fact, the store deleted my prescription while transferring it in and proceeded to tell to go to the original location. I asked her to give me 3 days supply and she refused to, as I have an "active prescription" at a different location and pick it up from there. I went to the original location and they told me my prescription is in active. So they deleted my prescription, decline an emergency supply, and just very rude staff. The prescription was a paper prescription. This happened yesterday around 6-7 pm. CVS, please train your employees better."
