"This place has gotten 4 times worse in the last 4 years. There has been a very significant increase in the pests in these apartments and now there are mice and oppossums found around the buildings(seen with my own eyes). The number of roaches inside the apartments keeps multiplying each year and we can do nothing about it. The number of bugs is also unprecedented. The roaches are visible at every corner and make themselves known every second. The buzzers to let someone in DO NOT WORK AT ALL and this place does not seem to be improving. The laundry Machines are broken and you cannot do laundry here."

"Very old building and Only one assigned parking and very limited visiter parking . If you don’t have permit sticker in your visiter parking , the car is gone. They have a huge swimming pool area which is not useful at all. They better make it as a parking lot ."

"Property Manager, Mr. Mujahid Razvi is not a fair man to do business with. My friend rented an apartment, and we parked our car in our assigned parking and it got towed. We didn't had a parking sticker when we parked the car at 12am; however, the towing company was ready to leave the car for free if the manager confirms that we rent in the same apartments, but Mr mujahid refused to call and talk to the towing company. I do not recommend renting this apartments."

"Never seen such corrupt people in America. They only help you when elections are near. After elections they don't even pick your call. There are only three machines in laundry and only one is working. Its been months and they still did not fix it. They did not pick my call so I emailed them. They did not reply so only option I have is to complaint against this corrupt association"
