Walgreens Pharmacy 2560 West Golf Road, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169

"My medication was out of stock at my normal Walgreens pharmacy and my pharmacist said to call other Walgreens to see if they had my meds in stock. I was also told that other Walgreens could see my prescription in the Walgreens database. I called this pharmacy to see if they had my prescription and was met with the rudest lady. She was curt from the get go and refused to tell me whether my medication was in stock. I asked if she could look up my prescription and then tell me if it was in stock and she refused again. She was working on 11/20/2023 and answered the phone around 5:20pm."

Just this week they were able to get a prescription out within the hour for three medicines and it was able to be delivered the next hour! The staff is polite, efficient, smart, empathetic and they know that they’re doing a service to people who are in need of medical help. They take caring for the consumer and care for their job seriously! I should’ve wrote this years sooner —but thank you thank you thank you."

"This Walgreens is perfect for quick lunch time shopping trips for me. I usually go to pick up the latest beauty products, and they have a large selection. Lots of cosmetics, skincare and haircare. Lots of vitamins, As Seen On TV section, pharmacy, and small food and frozen aisle. Staff is very friendly and always greet you when you walk in. Good sized parking lot, not too busy on weekday afternoons."
