"Great place.. Super friendly staff... Super safe area... But if you want to go to downtown, leave early... because there is lot of traffic jam."

"EVERYTHING is under construction &/or broken. The elevator looked like it was being held together by tape. A lot of random little things in the room were broken upon arrival. Room was clean. Hot water was nonexistent on the 1st night. Pool is open 6a-10p but is pretty small."

"This hotel needs a serious remodel. Definitely does not deserve more than 3-stars. Smallest TV I’ve seen in a hotel room in many years. It’s old and outdated. Was cool in the 90s I’m sure, but that’s over 30 years ago. See photos. Room was fairly clean, I’ll give them that."

"The staff is very rude. My fire alarm did not work in my room during my stay we had to fire drills that I was not aware of. If it would’ve been a real fire, I would’ve burnt up in the room because no one comes around to knock at your door to make sure you got out I told the staff about the alarm not working in my room they dismissed me The second night I was there. We had another fire alarm. I finally went down to the desk and had to create a big fuss to get them to at least move me to another room. The customer safety should always be first and foremost at any hotel for staff at this location was very unprofessional. I will never stay at this establishment again. I thought Hilton had a good brand name but with staff like this, it won’t be that way for long."
