"Most of staff do not understand English. Early morning concierge was very incompetent and rude. They have one housekeeper on duty who had snot or mucus running out of his nose onto his mask and he will come in your room even when your in there. I will never recommend."
"BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS!!!! Oh boy is the husband in the dog house for this one. Needed a room due to horrible rain and traffic. Our past experiences with red roof ins were not bad. This room was very obvious not cleaned or poorly cleaned. There's brown and black stuff all over the walls. There's mold on the ceiling and my kids found an empty liquor bottle on the floor. This morning...found a very alive bed bug on my sweats. No, fridge, or microwave or coffee maker. Two towels for a double bed room. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Finding a bed bug definitely being the worst."
"This was horrible. My boyfriend and I traveled out of town and had to book a hotel last minute. It was cheap and the hotel rooms are in very poor condition. They smell of smoke despite being “100% smoke free”. There were constantly cops in and around the hotel having issues with multiple people. I don’t think this room was cleaned prior to our use. There was hair all over the floor before we got there (un cleaned), visible grime on the walls and all light switches, an unknown white substance on the TV and drawer handles, brown smudges of unknown substance on the bedding and sheets, pubic hairs in and on the comforter. Some outlets and lights were not functioning. In addition to this, there was an inadequate amount of toilet paper and towels All of this was inspected upon arrival and I cannot believe how bad our stay was. I will never return to this facility. Now my boyfriend and I are sick and not feeling well and we can only assume it was due to how unsanitary this place was!! it was absolutely disgusting, DO NOT TRY!!"
"We booked online, arrived at 430pm, and then was told about $50 refundable deposit. Ok I got to room door was damaged had to pull it tight for latch to close looked like someone kicked it in before the neighbor to my right said that door dont close as if she knew the issues. Same for bathroom door. Needed a shower, the shower trickled water out the head, so no good pressure. Would have had a better shower with a garden hose. We stayed and waited for our ride to show left around 6 pm, so we never really inspected room. We took front desk word for it. Came back to room around 1am did a quick inspection nothing strange other than some I guess cigarette burns on blanket, sheets looked OK fell asleep woke up at 3am to something biting me pulled sheet back and there are the bedbugs. Packed and shook off and went to the front office. The gentleman there was no help he spoke to me as if I was bothering him with my problem. Ok, so I asked for a refund because I am not staying the 2 nights I booked. So I asked for the manager and he said, "Come back at 930 I said well couldn't you help me he said NO! I asked for the card and name of the manager he gave me Viven Patel, so I asked for his name he said Joe refused to give me his last name. I turned key in and asked for a receipt to show I would leave. Joe said I would not get a refund because I had been there for 10 hours . He was angry the whole time he talked to me. I asked for him to explain my receipt so I know what I am being charged for and what is being returned he yelled and said give him the receipt back since he gave me 2 copies I gave him 1 and held 1 he yell said give him both copies I said just explain it to me he yelled and said shut up and get out I am not giving you a refund or checking you out l. Now I have to wait till 930am when the manager shows up to make sure I am getting what is owed to me. Joe never apologized for the problems we had with the room. just shrugged his shoulders, turned and walked away from the counter. Because I don't frequently come to the area, I will never return, but if anyone sees this post, save your money. I'll wait for the owners response to this post, which will probably start with, I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Owner make the changes and hold your staff accountable I've worked for hotel owners nine times out of ten staff is family members. I, Garauntee, the hotel and motel owners in Texas, would address issues right there and then."
