"I used to visit this hotel four years ago everytime I came to St. Loius and it was great. They had truck parking, good breakfast, staff was decent and rooms were decent. I am back to traveling and ended up in St. Louis and remembered this hotel and regretted it. Ended up waking up the next morning with a bed bug on my sock. Turned my pillows over and another bed bug popped up. Make a long story not so long, I ended up seeing 4 bed bugs total, so when I got home I just bombed everything I had in the room. I will never be back. It was nice while it lasted"

"I stayed at this hotel for 7 days 6 nights and our room was not cleaned the entire time even after requesting that it be cleaned. During our stay a piece of the wall came out where they had previously repaired the wall and the charged my card $250 for the repair saying that the wall was busted open (A PERFECT SQUARE FELL OUT THE WALL) . They also have roaches and do both g to accommodate you for the horrible condition of their hotel. The manager Brenda is very rude and snappy . DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL"

"The staff was unfriendly at check in and check out. The only good part was the breakfast. The entire hotel smelled like weed. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Toilet also wasn’t filling back up on its own so I had to remove the back lid and push the lever manually to refill."

"My room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the free breakfast was hot and tasty. Everything in my room worked well. All my interactions with the staff have been friendly. It's a nice hotel at a price that I think is reasonable considering the age of the property. It's a great option if you're in town for a few days and are looking for a no-frils place to lay your head. I didn't experience any of the issues some of the recent 1 star reviews mentioned. I'll stay here again in the future."

"I stay at ALOT of hotels and this one is very close to the bottom of the list. I was scheduled to be there for 2 weeks but ended my stay on night 2. The lobby smelled of weed and had someone sleeping in it at one point of my short stay. There was trash all down the hallway. The bathroom had mold and the door wouldn’t even close all the way. The microwave or AC filters i don’t think had ever been cleaned. The bed was super uncomfortable. The room smelled musty as well. I honestly didn’t even feel safe in the area. The only thing that was nice was the guy working the front desk at both check in and check out."
