"I love the room layout. The hotel is good. Cleaning staff needs to be trained on how to clean. It is very convenient with the skyway to the casino. Even though they have a so-called security parking lot, someone was still able to mess with our car. The deodorizer they use in the hotel just slaps you in the face. It's awful smelly. But yes I would stay again."

"We get to the hotel on Friday and thought we were driving through the ghetto. Then upon arrive we were notified 2 of the 4 elevators were not working. We were placed on the 5th floor. Saturday morning all 4 elevators were not working. Sunday morning we had a he talked knock on our door 3 times. All 3 times my husband answered and the general man just said sorry and walked away. We went to the casino for less than an hour, come back to our room and there was money on the floor. I then looked in my purse and things were moved around and more money was missing. Someone broke into our room and stole money from us. Contacted front desk and they were worried about was “we missed check out” she said check out was at 11. The back of the room door says 12 I then proceeded to inform her that’s clearly not why I’m calling. Then security came up. Investigated. Was told it would be about 2 hours to figure things out. We check out go eat and then come back. Security did tell us a gentlemen did in fact enter our room(and it was a worker). He was supposedly fired and we were told hotel management would contact us. Well it’s been a month and they haven’t contacted us nor have they responded to any of the calls I’ve made or an email I have sent!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!!"

"Booking a two night stay at what we thought would be a good hotel turned out to be a disaster. Upon arrival half of the entrances are closed to the hotel causing a headache just to make it to the parking lot. Checking in some overweight and not so polite women had issues with the system. The money was withdrew from our account and she jumped to the other computer to finish the check in. Once logged in she gave us the ok to head up to our room. Within minutes we are asked to come back down because the payment failed but again, money already gone from the account. We were just told to stop by the front desk on our way out to resolve. Cool. The room itself was decently spacious but the bathroom was tiny. Sitting on the toilet being a 5’4 male I couldn’t even shut the door. The shower floor seemed to have stains on it. The second day using the restroom I noticed a cockroach in the bathroom! I notified the front desk of the issue at checkout and the ghetto lady working at the counter didn’t seem to care one bit nor was nothing done for us. Overall. Highly don’t recommend this place unless it’s a last ditch option."

"an atrium hotel with only two banks of elevators and one whole bank is out. The room are very comfortable. Great bedding. The Skywalk to the casino, the casino itself, and all the restaurants smell like sewer back up. They are masking it with an orange scented spray. So you get double assaulted. Nothing like spending $370 for a room, and $95 in a restaurant and having that."
