Forest Park Hotel 5915 Wilson Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110

"Staff ruined my stay. The woman at the desk kept taking my stuff off of the luggage cart. Did I ask her to take the things off? No. Was she going to actually help my sick little boy and I to our room? No. When I mentioned that I hoped she didn't put us far away from the entrance, she said no. It was literally one room away from the furthest away. I asked delivery to bring our food to the room, because I was taking care of my sick child. The woman held our food, and I had to leave my child. Our food was sitting on the front ledge/counter where everyone walks by, with no one there. No one was watching our food, that they refused to allow the person to deliver to us. The next day, the next delivery driver was chased down to not deliver our food to us by the man working the front desk. That man called me to go down there to get out food. He then called me again, stating that our food was still down there and that I needed to go get it. I told him I was preparing myself to go down to the lobby and taking care of my son who was in really horrible shape at that moment. The guy said he'd bring our food up. Once he got to our door, he noticed that I had a luggage cart. He said that I couldn't keep it in the room. I didn't argue. I asked if someone would be able to bring it back up in the morning for my departure. He said, no. I asked how I was supposed to get all of our luggage all the way down there and out in the front for our car. He shrugged, stated that there's no one at the front desk, & left. I was calm and friendly with them the entire time. Even with that. You can't control other people, but you can control yourself."

"I was nervous after reading some of the reviews having booked it without looking at them first. I was relieved after getting to the room and checking it. It was pretty clean and the front desk guy was friendly. I seen a security vehicle parked out front as soon as I pulled in at 6 pm. The interstate is pretty noisy but you can't hear it with the sliding door shut. Pretty great for the price but I've only spent one night amd this is my experience."

"We stayed here for 2 nights. It was nice. Elevator had a unique smell along with the hallway on the 3rd floor. Our room was clean and smell free. There were no traffic noise to disrupt our sleep. We will definitely stay here again."

If there is an issue they do everything to address it and make you feel comfortable. They care about their guests from the manager, reservation clerks, security, and housekeeping.
