"When I checked in my room on March 1st to attend a concert. My shower head barely worked so it was hard to take a shower. My dresser draws would not closed at all. When I closed them they would opened back up by themselves. All of the outlets did not work so trying to plug in phone was difficult. Only one outlet work. The sink would not drain the water. And I never received any services to have my trash taken out nor was I asked if I needed new towels. I reported thrse issues and nothing was done at all. The worst part is I was charged $200.00 for smoking in my room and never was given back my $100.00 deposit. Which the deposit supposed to be refunded back because I did not caused any damages to the room. That was my first time staying there and it's going to be my last. Red Roof will steal your money from you after they tell you that you will receive your deposit back. So, basically I was charged $503.56 for two nights. Make it make sense. There's no option to reply back to there message. And, I wish I could upload my screen shots. They put my $100.00 deposit back on my card and still turned around charged me for the deposit. On, Saturday I was charged $156.26 with the deposit included. And, I never received my deposit back. I was also charged $2.12 for the safe being in the room. I went through Hopper and it did stated that there's a $2.00 fee without tax. But, Red Roof charged me 2.12 for the safe being in the room and never gave me the combination to use the safe. So, $50.00 out of the $156.26 needs to go back on my card. So, basically I was charged $75.00 for a deposit."

"The lady that checked me out was named Yolanda. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and very very sweet!! I would definitely come back to stay. She made everything so simple and smooth and plan on staying here again. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Room smelled like cigs, dresser drawer was broken, toilet was not secure to the floor (land like a helicopter, not like an airplane lol). The room just didn't feel very clean. I will say the room was quite esp w Mardi gras going on, the motel was pretty busy. Service desk was nice. The girl working at the desk was very polite. Location was close enough to hit spots in the city and not drive too far."

"Room smelt like something had died in there. Had to spray the room and beds with febreze just for it to be manageable. Cockroaches in the bathroom, towels weren’t clean, bedding was disgusting. Do not stay here under any circumstances. The guy at the front desk when we checked in was a jerk but the woman at check out was very sweet."

"The rooms are always clean, and the women up front are always sweet. Stayed there regularly over the last couple months, Ebony deserves special recognition for exceptional professionalism and service. She was always super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and smiling. This place is fairly priced, clean, in a safe area, and makes you feel at home for what it is."
