"Second floor apartment + lots of heavy furniture = hard. Also turning into the neighborhood when it’s busy is difficult with a U-Haul. No issues otherwise. The apartment is great! Very quiet. Rent is fair."

"Staff here is amazing, especially the girls in the office. They are amazing woman, they care about their residents, and their children that live in the community. First apartment complex I have lived at that do things for the children, like painting pumpkins and hot chocolate, having fall, Halloween and Christmas contest. It has been a great experience here for me. I would recommend these places to anyone that I know. They’re not small like most apartments, they’re pretty big and roomy inside. The people that live here also, are all so nice. Christine and Cassie keep being y’all and keep doing amazing things for this community. Thank you!"

"AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE We were here for 6 months and had to terminate the lease early due to financial issues. I was laid off and my roommate had their hours cut in half. Rather than allowing us to move out we were charged over $7,000 due to us needing to move out early. During our time there the trash was only occasionally picked up (though we were charged for the full month regardless and could not cancel the fee). There was also issues with ants coming in constantly. When I brought this up with pest control I was told there was no true way to keep them out. I advised of the holes in the foundation of the windowsills but was told not to worry about it. Near the end of our tenure the water was cloudy and caused an irritation to my skin."

"I have lived here for close to five months now, I truly love it! The townhome is adorable and absolutely perfect for my family and I! Christine is so sweet, and always eager to help out if you need anything! I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a place to call home"

"Hands down the worst apartment community i’ve ever lived in. For $1600/month you’d think you’d get some semblance of customer courtesy, but you’d be wrong. There’s not nearly enough parking for all the residents, and I’ve been wrongfully towed a handful of times. The heavier blonde in the leasing office couldn’t care less about helping the residents, it’s glaringly obvious she’s just there for a paycheck. From day 1 our move-in day was shared with people replacing the carpet, and still the place was half cleaned. -100/10 don’t waste your time or money here, there has to be better options elsewhere."
