"It was amazing when I first moved in and then it went downhill after because people will do anything to get in good with the office people and I mean anything to where its uncomfortable I wish we could act like adults and stop being tattletales for brownie points for everything I pay to much to walk on eggshells"

The property and living spaces are so clean and spacious and there are always changes/updates being made to make the complex even better than the day it was before, such as listening to requests or suggestions to keep residents as happy as possible and keeping up with beautiful landscaping. Adriana is one of the nicest people we’ve ever met, always going out of her way to talk to us and ask how we’re doing and if we’re still happy with the property even months after moving in, and she’s remembered our names and faces since we first moved in, even our puppies! Maintenance, Saul and Rico, are extremely kind and efficient, fulfilling maintenance requests often times in under an hour from submitting the request and always doing an excellent job, also being very personable and respectful. This is the best maintenance and management crew we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting/working with. It’s a breath of fresh air knowing they truly care about our happiness and satisfaction. As a whole, this is the best apartment complex we have ever lived in, hands down. We would recommend Avery Pointe to anyone considering moving here. You won’t regret it!"
