"I've lived here for 3.5 years and the experience has only gotten better with time. The amenities are nice and taken care of really well, especially the gym and heated pool and we take advantage of the free coffee bar often too. The office staff that we have now are way better than the old office staff when we first moved in. They actually do fun gatherings for residents, answer any and all questions, and are just super friendly. Maintenance has always been great and responded in a timely manner any time we needed something (which hasn't been often). The indoor mailboxes and trash room make living here convenient (no need to go to the dumpster in the snow or rain? Yes please!) More than anything the keyfob system to get in and out of buildings here makes us feel safer too."

"Informed them directly about a leak under sink, charged me 4k. Should been handed ASAP with maintenance. I was already moving out from my lease and no damage from it was ever reported to me. I was the first tenant also in my unit. Only stayed there for two months and this was an emergency leak. It was 3 days long until I moved out.then decided to charge me. I get billed and now have to to fix this debt. It's just ridiculous."

"My husband and I recently toured here for our future apartment. Malaina toured me two separate times and both were amazing. She is thorough and answered any and all questions we had! The community feels like it's its own little town within Hilliard and the local businesses surrounding are an added bonus. Looking forward to submitting our application and hopefully moving in!"

"Overall, very nice apartments. Maintenance responds quickly to our issues. Rent is reasonable for Columbus, especially in such a nice area of Hilliard. We also love the resident discounts at the restaurants on site! Only negative is that you have to have AT&T wifi."
