Breckenridge Apartments

"We lived there for about 6 months last year and everyone was so nice and willing to work with us while we searched for a home in Hilliard. The maintenance team was always on top of answering any calls. They were usually answered same day or the next day! Alex was always so kind and professional. Thank you for being a wonderful home to us"

"I've lived in 2 apartments here now (moved to a bigger unit recently) and love them both! I've never had a bug problem and very few minor maintenance issues which were always addressed quickly. Cierra (sp?) does a great job at addressing any property issues quickly as well. She also got the hallways painted a more updated color recently which looks so much better than the yellow color they used to be. I love living with everything close by. Lots of food and shopping. With the way rental properties have skyrocketed in price this year, these have remained reasonable. I've never had any issues with car break-ins and these buildings are "hotel style" and have key fob locking building doors so I've never felt unsafe. I've lived in and seen multiple apartments in this area and these apartments are truly the nicest."

"I have lived here for a few months now, and every experience I have had with maintenance has been incredible. Alex and Billy have always been very professional, prompt, and great at communicating with us. They can usually fix most problems within a day, and they always come prepared with everything they need to get the job done. They are always courteous and respectful of our space, and they are the best part of living here at Breckenridge."

"We have moved in these Apartments in April 2023. I would have to rate our experience so far as a fairly pleasant one. When something is happens or is going wrong, the front office is more often than not on it. They spray the apartments to keep bugs away about every 3-4 months and if you do happen to get bugs, they take care of the situation in a very timely fashion. I also wanna give a big shout out to Alex who is part of maintenance; he is always able and happy to help when something is broken or to help adjust things in the apartment to help make it more comfortable for us. My only complaint about these apartments is the late fee for rent is a bit much, but that wouldn't deter me from giving this place 5 stars still!"
