"Been here only a short while but it's been a great experience thus far! Karie was an amazing help with our moving process. She made sure everything was in place when it needed to be. Since moving in, we ran into an issue with a leaking kitchen sink and the dishwasher malfunctioning. Nothing they could've known about prior to move in. I put in a service order for both at 10:30pm and it was completed by 11:30am the next day! Replaced the faulty sink components and the dishwasher completes its full cycle now. That and the water under the sink was cleaned up. I wasn't really expecting that but it's appreciated! I couldn't quite make out the name signed on the completion sheet but thank you for this being done in a timely manner! To be objective, not a ton of storage space but we figured it out with a couple small storage purchases. Time will tell but, ultimately, no genuine complaints!"

"I have lived here for a little over a year and I can not recommend it more. The team is always quick to respond to any maintenance issue I may have. Kaire has always gone above and beyond to help me when issues arrive or answering any questions I had."

"Lived here for several years because need to be close to take care of family, but the last draw is my electric bill! Due to a faulty thermostat, got a bill for 250.00 which I paid because it was Dec., thinking rates had gone up and lights from tree. Jan. my bill was 370.00, call AEP, they said it was hot water tank or furnace. I put in a service request and it was the thermostat but I still have to pay the bill! Another time my door was kicked by an intruder. It bent the door so much that you could see daylight. They refused to replace the door. I don't think a manage has ever lasted a year here!"

"Karie was absolutely amazing to work with!! When I do anything serious (like choosing a place to stay,) I like to be on top of things. Karie was super fast with responses, put up with my millions of questions, and the entire time, made the process easy. We even ran into a snag with leasing dates, but she stayed on the phone with me and brainstormed a solution which we went with, solving the issue. I truly appreciate her and am looking forward to officially moving in shortly! Thanks for everything!!!"
