The Square at Latham Park

"The Square was very good to us during our time there. The front office and maintenance crew were friendly, responsive and prompt with any concerns we had. The apartment was very clean when we initially moved in (which I’m learning through living in other rental properties is rarely the case.) The pool, guesthouse, and grounds were clean and well-kept. Lots of nice nature and places to walk around and be outside considering you’re right in a suburb of the city. They were also very fair on our security deposit when we moved out. Nice little place to live."

"We lived at Latham Park over 2 years while waiting for our home to be completed. We found it very safe and quiet, friendly, the ground’s and year round swimming pool immaculately maintained, and enjoyed the walking paths around the complex. The staff goes out of their way to organize activities for the apartment community to participate in such as yoga, walking the labyrinth, beer tasting and many more. I highly recommend this apartment community!"

"I lived in South Carolina and was looking for a place in the Columbus area. I called the office and got Karen. She went out onto the property with her cell phone and gave me a tour. That experience was like being on-site. Everything looked amazing. I signed a lease and moved in. It's a beautiful, quiet, safe and pet-friendly community. The staff has been very cordial. I plan on being here a long time."

"My fiancé and I moved in almost 1 year ago and love living here! The apartments are beautiful with granite and stainless steel appliances. I especially like the walk-in shower in the master bathroom, storage space, and attached garage! The community is quiet, safe, friendly, and dog friendly. The only downside for me is that the walking paths aren’t well lit at night, but I still feel safe and that doesn’t stop me from taking my dog out or living here. Overall a wonderful community to live in!"

"Beautiful, spacious apartment! I love the attached garage. It is a car-and-a-half, so plenty of parking for my van and there is still storage space. I love that I pay one price, garage and cable/internet are included! This made it a better value than other apartments in the area. Everything is a little pricey, but I expected that and am willing to pay for the schools. The amenities were a nice surprise, and the year round pool is great! The only maintenance issue that I've had was handled promptly and professionally. The clubhouse is available for private events, and I have not had any issues (parking or otherwise) when others have it rented out. It is always clean and well stocked. The office staff are friendly and quick to respond to questions. I have found everyone there to be extremely helpful and reliable if follow-up is needed. They really work to make the place feel more like a community than an apartment complex!"
