"I’ve lived here through a couple different management companies. Some of whom really let the place slide downhill. The current team from Haven is really trying to turn this place around. Is it perfect? No. But I feel like it’s moving in the right direction. Every time I’ve had a question, I’ve been able to talk directly to someone in the office about it. The maintenance team has been responsive and cleans up after themselves. Speaking of.. I recently had an issue with my upstairs neighbors. Kelley, Milana, Larry, and Laemond worked their butts off to get it resolved and cleaned up. I cannot thank them enough. Keep up the good work!!!"

"I believe when you do the right thing, right things will be done for you. You have to make the best of every situation. I have lived at Hilliard Station for 7 year and when I look back on it the experience was good for my family. I was provided a safe environment even when others think otherwise. This place was good for my family."

"Former resident who is being told I did not return my keys to the office on time when my lease was up. I returned them 8 days BEFORE my lease expired and have documentation stating that I did. I have emailed the office that proof multiple times. Leasing office is being difficult with me. I drove an hour and a half from my new residence to the office only to be blown off and given a business card. The next day I received an email stating that I did not return my keys on time and that they were turned in two days late…. The only proof they can send me is a typed out message from someone saying that I didn’t return my keys on time. Funny how I could’ve returned my keys two days AFTER my lease expired, when I was allllll the way in Florida. They’re also giving me difficulties with my last electric bill. Stay away from this place. They lack professionalism and they do not communicate with one another whatsoever. If zero stars was an option, that’s what I would give this place. 1/22/2024 Update: The office contacted me about one issue I’m having with them. I’m being totally ignored about another issue I’m having with the final electric bill. I was initially told to contact the electric company, which I did and they told me that the ball was in the apartments complexes court. Now that I’ve been trying to contact ANYONE at the apartment complex about the electric bill, they’ve gone ghost for about two weeks now. I’m honestly not sure how anything gets done at this apartment complex. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere I’ve ever lived. If you’re overwhelmed, hire more staff…. The office also requested that I take this review down……"

"Don’t ever move here. We lived here from 2020-2023 and the management got worse and worse each year. They absolutely never answer the phone in the leasing office. The building walls are dirty and they refuse to power wash them. Our toilet was broken for months and they kept sending people to “fix it” and it ran up our water bill. They only care about money and are disgustingly mean to their residents. We moved out of this apartment complex in February of 2023 and our life has been a lot better ever since. However, today we went to our old apartment to retrieve a package that was accidentally delivered there. A confirmation picture was sent from FedEx showing that the package was delivered to 5390 Legacy Ln. A car was visibly in the designated parking spot. We knocked and pressed their doorbell. They refused to come to the door; thus my package was stolen. We went to the leasing office and the manager refused to help anyone even though there was a line of people who needed help and only one other leasing office agent. I finally got to ask if we could inquire about my stolen package, and the blonde haired lady was rude and short. She stated “we don’t handle packages. You’re just going to have to call the police.” She didn’t sound like she even cared. DON’T EVER MOVE HERE OR DEAL WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY."

"I thought this was supposed to be a safe gated community.. There are random people always walking around . There has been so much trash laying around and residents aren’t cleaning up their dog poop. This summer the pools were never open, the gym is outdated. My apartment was half cleaned when I moved in an I’m still finding issues with my apartment. Also there are never any vistors spots. It seems like they are just letting anyone move out here now. It’s definitely not safe. Also people drive like crazy and not even stopping at stop signs which is sad because they’re so many children here. I just renewed my lease again and now I’m regretting it. People are paying to much in rent for things to not be right."
