"If you want a property manager who openly violates fair housing laws for people she likes, heritage green is the place for you! My friend lives here and after speaking with her neighbor it appears she doesn’t hold everyone to the same standard which is illegal."

"Cons: Stupid, outrageous, and severely overpriced utilities and fees. As a single person in a 1br with no visitors, I’m paying way too much for water and electric. I moved from a much larger 2br in another community where I paid ¼ to ½ half of what I am paying here. I’ve been keeping my thermostat at 68 and I haven’t increased my water usage. $35 seems a bit high for trash too. Yes, it is a valet trash service (thank you!) but it is still a bit high. There’s also an issue with Spectrum here. Their tech came out for me and basically said the community needs new wiring. Bring on Fiber, Heritage Green! Please! 0 stars to all of that utility and fee nonsense! Pros: So far, the overall experience with the apartment itself and the community has been great! It’s been relatively quiet and stable here. The apartment is modernized and comes with all the appliances one needs and it is quiet. The whole team - from the Leasing Agent to the Maintenance Supervisor - has been helpful and nice. My only suggestion is the maintenance techs (and contractors) need to clean up after themselves. I don’t ask for a lot but the team has taken care of my every need. Kudos to them! 5 stars to the apartment, the community, and the team!"

"We toured an apartment and loved it. The leasing agent told us that he would email us and we would have the price locked in for 48 hours. The next day we decided to apply for the apartment and the leasing agent didn’t even know which model he showed us. We knew which one it was by looking at the floor plans online, the leasing agent argued and finally admitted we were right. Then he told us the price was 60$ higher a month than the price he told us we were locked in at. He argued with us that the price changed daily. Clearly a bait and switch. The manger never called us back either. Bad management ruins beautiful apartments."

"Do not ever live here. I’ve lived here for a year and a half. When I first moved in everything was decent. I didn’t expect anything spectacular. Since then my rent has increased. They have a ton of hidden fees. It was so over one time that I had to call their corporate and have a conversation to then have another 5 conversations with the office to get it fixed. They have a horrible turn over problem and the manager of this location is completely incompetent. Fast forward my truck got towed last night according to them “because the tags aren’t up to date” my tags were up to date I just hadn’t put my sticker on my truck. So realize that they are the kind of business that doesn’t care about their tenants, doing that to somebody the day after Christmas in the middle of the night. Thank god I had the money to get my truck back because what would happen if I had spent all my money on my family’s Christmas? They don’t care about that at all. Now also understand when you live here you have to have a parking permit yet there are 20 ish cars just around a few of the building that don’t. Hard telling how many in the entire complex yet none of them ever get towed. I was also told that they don’t pay attention to the parking slips until the beginning of the year so I guess if you need a free place to park your car for a couple nights it’s perfectly fine to park there but not if you live there and don’t have a sticker on your tags. The rent is way too high for this place and you will also have to deal with headache after headache. Their maintenance crew is also incompetent. I’ve put multiple work orders in that they will say are complete yet aren’t fixed. Put one in for a garbage disposal that needed replaced so their maintenance person left it leaking under the sink without saying a word and ruined multiple rolls of paper towels, not the end of the world but it’s the not caring about their tenants that is the problem. It also seems that the “manager” of the establishment holds grudges against people. I’ve heard this from several of the other people that live here. Just skip this place and find a better place. I couldn’t give 0 stars or I would."
