"Maintenance staff Matt just fixed my frozen door lock. Now it's smooth like butter! I don't have to worry about getting locked out because of Magic Matt. He also fixed my loose faucet. I would go bonkers without Matt here. He is super friendly and smart & all about the residents! Matt is an all-star and one of the Top maintenance guys in all of Ohio! It doesn't get any better than Matt! Thank you Matt for making my life at Bridgestone a Great daily experience!"

"A nice, clean neighborhood and very helpful maintenance staff. The pool is always beautiful and there is a nice fitness center. I love the events and activities that the office plans as well. I do wish there was a dog park and more parking spots though."

"I'm not exactly sure how to explain this situation, I applied for an apartment, in the website, the 3rd party system this company uses for payment is call plaid, you have to allow them to access your bank account and verify it and make sure it's real and there's money i guess, anyway I did allow them to verify and gave permission to take the payment (have proof of it), that was a Friday, then Tuesday received an email saying my payment was denied or it didn't go through, not exactly sure how this happened, I mean my account was verified and yes there was enough money to cover the fees, when I received the email from the manager I asked her what could I do to fix this or any help, her reply was just to pay 90 dollars more because the payment was declined, that was all. I tried to contac her by phone, email and nothing, now the office is sending me emails that a legal action will be taken if I don't pay for the application fee, admin fee and the extra $90 dollars, seriously? They're charging me for an application that didn't go through, they just decided to process it and then "declined" it just in order to obtain money. I know there's obligations as tenants or future tenants, but believe me, I tried my best to find out how to fix this, but no answer in the office, neither by email, I was just ignored completely, the only emails I received from the community is to ask to pay, that's all. Maybe because my race is different from them, or my English is not the best, who knows, I just feel cheated, I really wanted to move here but instead of help I just found a greedy company trying to obtain money."

"I've lived at Bridgestone for about 6 months. This place is great, especially considering the price and allowing large dogs. The maintenance team goes above and beyond. My requests have consistently been addressed and fixed within 24 hours! The maintenance team, especially Jimmy, is so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be renewing my lease when it comes time!"
