"The maintenance team at Crystal Lakes is genuinely the best that I’ve had anywhere in my 10 years of renting. They’re kind, efficient, and always respond in a timely manner. About a month after we moved into our townhome, our water heater stopped working late at night. I called the emergency number when I woke up around 8 am and the maintenance team was at our door by 9 am. This was a Saturday morning. This gentleman had a brand new HWT up and running for us within the hour. I cannot express enough, my gratitude and appreciation for these gentlemen. Thank you for your hard work and efficiency!"

"Did the drive-through looking at apartments? Very disappointed in the condition of peoples porches and patios very trashy. This is just one of many patios I seen like this, I have a serious concern regarding rodents due to the condition."

"very pleasant experience with crystal lakes. they are understanding & most accommodating, the man who works in the office is most kind and helpful. i had the pleasure of staying in their newly renovated building, the amenities & appliances are hard to beat. dog friendly, great trash access, and safe convenient location. my only complaint is the parking situation can be troubling at times but other than that i’ve had a great year here and hope to rent from them in the future."

"An All-Around Great Place to Live: I rented a 2-bedroom apartment with 2 others for 1.5 years with no complaints. The unit was up-to-date and had plenty of space. We only had to call maintenance once and they were quick to respond. Property is well-kept and I enjoyed having a balcony next to the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and the general area of Hilliard was a nice change after living in Central Columbus. The staff and front office were easily the friendliest I've rented from, and were extremely accommodating. If I ever moved back to Columbus, I would certainly consider renting again."
