"Been at Heritage preserve for over a year and have only good things to say about the community. Brandi is amazing and the new maintenance team is incredible. I had 2 issues today and Sy immediately came over to fix them. He was very friendly and polite and puts a lot of pride into his work. I cannot recommend this place enough."

"I don’t know where to begin; there is so much goodness here. The Manager Brandi goes above and beyond. We are notified through the portal of every detail ( this is not the norm for other places) I can’t say enough about her. Her assistant Dai is equally great , always warm and accommodating . I had a package missing for two weeks these lovely ladies located it in another building and delivered it to my door , it was cold and raining but they still smiled and went out of their way to deliver it. The house keeper Mindy keeps every thing spotless , if she notices packages cluttered at the front door she delivers them to the correct door not only to be kind but it keeps the hallways clear and safe. The Maintenance Manager Sy is a walking billboard of pride for his community, he’s very proud and wants things done right (again so different then what I’ve experienced elsewhere) A kind gentleman Shannon delivered a package that was delivered to the office, he was kind and personable, even said “so you are the Momma J” with a huge grin. As if I was someone special. I sold my home to move to Columbus 18 months to be near my son and his family, my 1st time living in an apartment was not a good experience at all. I moved to Heritage in Oct and couldn’t be happier. I don’t take even the smallest act of kindness or staff effort for granted. Return their kindness, appreciate them because they are 10 steps above the rest we don’t want to lose them."

"I actually really love living here and of all the apartments I’ve rented It’s my favorite. It’s super peaceful here. It’s the perfect location if you ask me. It’s right on the edge of the country but you’re still close to the Columbus area with none of the congestion. This complex has elevators as well so it makes moving in and out so much more easier. My experience has been pretty good in terms of any kind of maintenance requests and their response times have always been really good. They also regularly come clean the hallways. The staff have been lovely and the units look absolutely lovely and I really enjoy the balcony views. I love the open floor plan and my unit especially gets really good light with a beautiful view of the meadow and tree line. My only real complaint is that the bathroom tile they use is hard to clean and the soundproofing between units is not the best. You’ll hear knocks, bumps, and if you stick your ear up against the wall you can literally hear the conversations in the units beside you. That being said, you really don’t hear voices from the other units too much though you can hear it in the hallways when people come off the elevator. Other than that I absolutely love living here and have even recently extended my lease which is something I haven’t done at other apartment complexes."
