Georgian Oaks Apartments 2

"I lived here for a year. Honestly, all in all, I didn’t have a horrible experience— but I wouldn’t live here again. Pros: - The units look nice for what you pay for - They really are constantly tying to make improvements by painting buildings and doing things like pool parties or free lunches in the leasing office - Everyone at the leasing office is really kind - Some of the cheapest apartments you can get in the metro Atlanta area Cons: - You can only make so many improvements on old buildings. The walls inside apartments are crazy thin. You can hear everything. You can hear your neighbors having sex upstairs. You can hear the people in the apartment across the hall from yours talking. You can hear the people playing music on their patio from your bedroom that’s an entire building away. - The tenants seem to have no regard for others. Blasting music quite literally as late as 4 AM consistently. There were several times I was woken up in the night, with earplugs in, because my apartment was vibrating from others playing music. - Office is really poor at taking care of service requests. - The renovations to units was done poorly. My floors would leak a weird, chemical smelling green liquid, shelves weren't installed in closets, drawers in the kitchen wouldn't open because there were appliances blocking them. - The parking lot would flood TERRIBLY with any bad storm. The drains are awful, and cars would literally be half sunken in water. Really, the worst thing was the loud neighbors. I wish that people were a bit more considerate. I also never felt completely safe here, the complex itself is in a bit of a sketchy area."

"More than two weeks ago I let the secretary know that the staircase in my apartment was damaged, I have told her on 3 occasions, this morning the maintenance man happened to pass by my apartment and I asked him if they had not let him know that my The staircase was damaged and he told me no, that the secretary Erika had not put any order in my apartment. I immediately called the secretary and told her to contact the manager and he told me that he was busy, I have tried calling during the afternoon and no one answers the phone. When I let the manager know about a problem, they solve it quickly, but if I let the secretary know, she doesn't solve anything. It is very exhausting to live in a place like this and it is a terrible service from her. she should not be as a secretary in an apartment complex !!!"

"I lived here for here for 3 years. This community is quiet. Pricing of the units are reasonable as well. I also enjoyed the fact that they are located close to Truist Park, Cumberland Mall, etc."

"Georgian Oaks 2 is a great place to live at. I have been here 2 years and don't plan on moving anytime soon."
