"The staff is very courteous and the maintenance is very responsive and efficient. The area tends to be very quiet and the Amazon box helps keep your packages safe when they are delivered. The only complaints I have is that the Trash service can be inconsistent at times and do not always take your trash and you cannot opt out of the $25 fee but this is not fully on the complex as it's a 3rd party service. Also the gates allow for tailgating and tends to be broken 75% of the time. Aside from that I enjoyed my stay here."

"Please don’t fall for the fake reviews of it being great here. It isn’t . The people in the office are super nice but that’s just about where the pros end for this complex. The outside looks nice but the issues once you’re a resident is polar opposite and it’s stressful. We had a flood a few weeks into moving in , in march because the washer and dryer was broken and a maintenance man never reconnected the washer to the outside hose. We also never got the dryer and washer fixed until we had to personally get someone we know elsewhere to work on it and that was in October. They do have a pest issue. When our neighbors moved out pest started coming into our house they don’t have great pest control so we bombed our house on our own to get rid of the problem. Today our pipe came apart and water is everywhere in our bathroom and leaked to the kitchen. They didn’t come for hrs and when they came nothing was done and they said they’ll be back in a hr. The famous line they use when never coming back is we will be back in a few or a few days and I promise they never comeback and finish. It was months before move in issues got touched and that was because a floater from their company came and did it cause I was calling in so much for the same unresolved issues. The location is a pro but it’s not worth what rent is. Spend a little extra somewhere else for a piece of mind and if you actually want maintenance to work on your unit. I have a sick child so moving around a lot isn’t a option rn until we figure finances and things out but this adds to my stress very often . The doorknobs fall off since day one, doors don’t shut completely, still have no screen for our backyard and we asked for one back in April , it’s a lot more and I have videos and photos if anyone wants to see what’s going on here."
