"Place is ghetto lol quite a few shootings in the area, maintenance people never clean the hallways and they get real dirty and full of dead bugs, police always there looking for someone (someone in my building got raided before I left). I was there for less than a year (2022) never looked back"
"Seen prices online called to inquire about the units. I was told the prices aren’t right they are more expensive. I asked what if I start the lease online, I was told that once I do the lease online that they will change the price once I sign the lease. I asked if they honor the price online I was told no they don’t. What type of company is this? I even went there yesterday and the off closed an hour early."
"This place is a health hazard!!! If you’re fine with living in roach infested apartments and not having water every other week then this is the place for you! The staff shrugged you off and ignored your complaints! This place needs to be condemned! My front room flooded and it took them 3 weeks to fix it! The staff gave me the run around several times when I asked about getting my washer hooked up! I couldn’t wash my clothes for 3 months! Neighbors leave their nasty trash I front of your doors and management does nothing ! Don’t fall for the new paint look. It’s all a scam!!!"
