"I’ve lived here two years .The rent maybe a little overpriced However what this place has provided me with is a feeling of security . Which I can’t put a price on . Whenever something even seemed suspicious I’ve reported it to the staff or Smyrna police and it’s been taken care of immediately.. Mona is a key part of the professional staff. Whenever I’ve had an Issue I can go to Mona and she assists immediately. She always provides follow up .She has exemplified professionalism since she has come to this property. She is a delight to deal with . Now that Preston is gone I’m positive I won’t renew my lease if Mona leaves . The friendly environment she has created can not be duplicated."

"400 Belmont is a well managed property that is relatively quiet and is generally very secure (aside from occasional gate issues and fire alarms). Great location with access to 75 & 285; quick ride to The Battery. Grocery stores and shopping are convenient and getting to downtown Smyrna is walkable which is amazing! Apartment has great floor plan and finishes. No major maintenance/service request issues. Would definitely recommend to friends, young professionals, couples, etc."

"I lived here for a year, 2022. It’s the worst place I’ve ever lived. Grounds unkept, literally dog poop everywhere including the staircase even and often the elevators. Which isn’t a problem because half the time the elevators don’t work. No rules are enforced. People parking on every curb instead of spots. Fire alarms went off 4 different nights I lived there all night. Multiple people had to go sleep in their cars. I had extensive water damage above my unit, mold that was never dealt with, a giant hole in my ceiling that they refused to fix after asking them multiple times. One night it was over 90 degrees out, AC went out and they didn’t come fix till next day. Pretty sure illegal, I honestly should have sued this place. The staff just don’t do their jobs. Power goes out often without it being a GA power issue. The place is run by total crooks. The staff are all fake, rude and unhelpful. They stole my security check. It’s also honestly pretty unsafe to live here, someone’s car stolen, cops have had to come through many times for disturbances. It’s actually all just ludicrous as I’m writing it out now I realize, I really wish I had sued, still might. Anyway, I tell everyone to avoid this place. It’s a total dump yet costs more than most places around it, all of which are a better choice. I moved like 10 minutes away as soon as my lease was up. Much cheaper and nicer. Btw look at the poor reviews by others, notice common themes? Also notice these are the reviews with a lot of likes, even people not leaving reviews feel the same. Like go be happy where you pay money to live, avoid 400 Belmont. It’s a terrible, unsafe, disgusting and unacceptable place to live your life."
