"My husband and I went to check out Berkshires a couple of months ago. We have had a terrible experience at our current apartment community and wanted to start the process of finding a new place early. Tess was genuine and engaging on our tour. Tess listened to our concerns and had realistic answers to how the Berkshires would handle scenarios differently. It was refreshing compared to the staff we have been encountering the last 2 years. I was also encouraged by her tenure with the property, as well as other staff longevity. This week I called to get the application process rolling and had another great interaction, this time with Kent, who advised me of the next steps in the process and followed up promptly with email information I had requested. Kent was warm and engaging. Needless to say, we are off to a great start! Stay tuned as I will come back to review after move-in. Will Tess and Kent stand the test of time? Let's find out together."

"I must say that the apartments are awesome, it’s well kept, and maintenance is awesome. To be totally honest, Tess is exceptional. She was very attentive to what our needs were and she was so polite and caring. She answered all our questions and provided us with all we needed to know to make our decision. We have now been here 2 yrs.and loving our home and the community. I would highly recommend anyone that comes to see about leasing here to see Tess, because she truly is concerned about the residents of this Berkshire community. My wife and I have never been more happy and appreciative of the other residents here."

"I've lived at Berkshire of Vinings since 2017. I honestly feel like now I can give it a proper review. **long post** My experience here has been top-notch from the staff, to the maintenance crew, and the apartments. The grounds include extras like a pet park, pool, tennis court, fitness center, business service room with computers and printers, clubhouse courtesy officer, etc. Pros: Office Staff: Great customer service requires 2 things...efficiency and kindness. I've experienced both here. The office staff: Tess C., Kent S., and Brandi G. are an amazing trio. They are all highly customer service oriented. Tess handled my apartment move-in. She is definitely a breath of fresh air. Her competent handling of my application process, walk-thru, any minor/updates or repairs, and my move-in day relieved my anxiety. My move-in was totally uncomplicated and a breeze. I received exemplary service from her then and to this date. Kent and Brandi are extremely professional and easy to talk to. They do a great job of keeping the community well-informed. Most communications are handled via email. Also, any concerns I've ever had whether I've talked to either of them directly or via email were all handled efficiently. Maintenance crew: The majority of my maintenance requests (no matter the level of difficulty) are handled the same day or within 24 hrs. I've had a chance to get to know the maintenance staff well. There are several, but Seth and Mike are gems. Always professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I have so much respect for that whole team. Life at Berkshire: The apartments and community are great. My apartment is well kept. Inspections or cleanings for the fireplace, fire sprinklers, dryer vents, air conditioning filters, etc. are on constant rotation. Pest control is available upon request. We seem to have community events like movie night, free food etc on a quarterly basis, especially in the warmer months. I've been to holiday parties, drive-by breakfast pick-ups, other food events, etc. The grounds are decorated by season, which is always wholesome and fun to see. Cons: So, the cons are the variables that can't be controlled. Inflation affects everything, including rental prices. So expect a yearly bump in rent. The resolution is that though the office staff doesn't make those decisions, they can potentially contact someone who can. The other potential con is your neighbor. I haven't had too many problems that a neighborly conversation didn't fix. But the office staff is good about handling lease violations, noise, etc, that affect the apartment building."

"I have lived in this community for 10 years, and I have enjoyed my stay. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel like family and they look out for me when needed. The community is ideally located in Smyrna which is only a few minutes ride from the city and there is plenty to do. Anyone who comes to visit is impressed by the amount of floor space that I have for a single bedroom. It is definitely more spacious than some of the other properties I have seen. I would definitely recommend the Berkshires at Vinings to those seeking new residence in the near future."

"I have lived at the Berkshires at Vinings for over 5 years and could not have asked for a better apartment complex to call home. The location is second to none as it is a very short drive to get on to I-285 or I-75, and so close to a plethora of food and entertainment options. The staff are fantastic. The office staff are always available to chat or assist with any administrative issues. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to requests, are very knowledgeable, and do quick work. The grounds are well maintained and there are plenty of amenities."
