Red Roof Inn Atlanta - Smyrna/Ballpark

"I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks on and off and was presently surprised by the quality and service since the renovations. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms and showers were also very clean. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. The best part is that this hotel is pet-friendly and did NOT charge me extra for bringing my dog! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Smyrna."

"First of all the rooms are nasty. Our first night at Redroof we did not have any hot water are heat in the room management would not give us another room because they said they did not do refunds and hang up the phone twice . The next morning I after speaking with the owner he give us another room the second room was full of bed bugs and also cold after seeing the bed bugs my girlfriend and I immediately checked out. Worse place to stay. The hotel looks nothing like the photos on line"

"We was there Christmas this year, the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling going down the wall, the sink facet was loose, the mattress had springs coming through. No we won't be back there again. The towels are to small for a couple to used for a shower. If you go during winter bring a extra blanket too. I forgot to it was Room 108, no blankets just a sheet and a thin cover. Thats all. Glad we bought our own blanket.out of all the red roof inns we stayed out, this one was awful."

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! OK so I booked a room for New Year’s Eve the first room(217) that I got smelled horrible, it reeked like cigarettes, there was crumbs and stains on the bed where you could tell the sheets hadn’t been changed out. there was a leak under the sink and behind the toilet, and holes in just about every wall. thankfully i was able to be put into another room after complaining. The second room(241) that I was put into was pretty much just as bad, at least the bed was clean but no hot water form the shower in the peak of winter, had to bathe out of the sink because i couldn't be put into another room apparently.. this place is a disgrace and needs to be shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER THE PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"This place needs to be shut down by the health department and the fire marshal. There was blood(?) on the lampshade in the room, no blankets, only one very small towel was given for 2 adults for a 2 night stay, there was apparent dirt behind the main and bathroom doors where you could tell they hadn’t swept, stains on the bed, no smoke detector, splatters all over the walls. It was apparent this place hasn’t been ACTUALLY cleaned in years."
