"Firstly, there is a significant hole in the door that allows a direct view into the room, compromising both privacy and security. Additionally, there is a large red stain on the carpet near the bed, along with noticeable stains on the curtains. The door also does not close properly and requires forceful slamming to shut, posing a safety hazard. Furthermore, the couch in the room is riddled with burn holes, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and care. The jets in the tub are filthy, suggesting a lack of cleanliness and hygiene standards. Lastly, the bed appears to sink in, even without use, which has significantly impacted my ability to rest comfortably. I kindly request that these issues be addressed promptly to ensure a more pleasant and comfortable stay. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a room change or take the necessary steps to remedy these issues as soon as possible."

"I stayed in a hot tub suite so I could just soak and relax for a bit. It was very relaxing. The tub was clean, the jets worked, although like most tubs the motor for the jets is quite loud, and it did not take long to fill it with hot water. For the price, it was an excellent value. Not many places have big tubs anymore, and this one suited me just fine. The only negative was there is not way to turn off the bathroom vent which was a minor annoyance. One specific callout, CC, the front desk attendant, was very nice and I actually ended up talking to her quite a bit. I think we are kindred spirits. :-)"

"OMG, I absolutely loved my stay here. The room I stayed in was gorgeous. The staff were amazing. The room didn't stink like other hotels I've stayed in, and I stay in a lot of hotels for work."

"I’m not gonna tell you what to do, but here was my experience. We arrived at 2:30pm. The receptionist didn’t want to help us until 3pm. Which is fine…even though she was being lazy, it’s fine, I’ve been there so we didn’t push it. We waited. Very patiently in a lobby that had furniture so disgusting we couldn’t sit down in it was so filthy. The air vents had rust and dirt on them. Dust floated about. And when we asked the manager about bed bugs he went on a tangent and was EXTREMELY rude like he was not trying to answer the question. So I’m pretty sure had we stayed we would have brought something home with us. This was strike one. Then at 3pm, when the reservation was supposed to be ready, the staff proceeded to lie about how the room would be clean any minute. Then the person they say was cleaning it was in the laundry, not cleaning like they said. So that was strike two. Then when we tried checking in the staff caught an attitude. After simply asked a question about why we need to sign some document. My signature is valuable, at one point in history my ancestors weren’t able to read or write so I THOROUGHLY review and know what I’m signing every time. And that was strike three. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We didn’t even get to stay there and worst of it all we paid ahead of time so our money was non-refundable. Again, not telling you what to do, but I would never go here again. Between the rude manager, lazy staff, and the uncleanliness of the place, I predict in a few years, no, in a few months, this place with either have such terrible clientele they will shut down, or they will have no clientele and be forced to go out of business. But good luck with your hotel selection tho!"

"This Confort Inn was Clean, very quite, the guests on my floor were respectful. Room came with a pretty big TV. The shower was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and clean. I didn't see one bug. Room rate was reasonable for a Monday anyway. The staff seemed to have a bit of a attitude but remained respectful and professional. Watch out for the hidden 100.00 room essentials deposit. I was going to give this place 5 stars but they tried to keep my deposit... but all in all great place I would definitely recommend staying here. Great Job Ladies PS The breakfast is home style and really good."
