"I wanted to wait until I lived here a while to really see how things are here before I wrote a review. We worked with Destiny and she honestly was so helpful. She kept a line of communication open throughout the process and was honest. Got our move in date right and made things happen. Here are some pros of living here: I have never lived in an apartment complex where maintenance requests are handled same day. I have had Spencer and Leonel so far. They are both great but Spencer really goes above and beyond to do a great job and gets to the bottom of the problem. The park is nice but the walking path is my favorite. It has a creek, a bridge, bench swings and a little waterfall. The apartment itself is nice and close to everything. I feel safe and haven’t had any issues. I haven’t come across cons yet, they do a good job of keeping up with the landscaping and there is always enough parking. Overall, it’s a cool place to live so far."

"I was really looking forward to rent from this property, the whole process was stressful and lack of communication. They needed additional information from my roommate and gave her insufficient time to obtain it ! Not to mention it was right before a HOLIDAY WEEKEND...Instead of contacting us to communicate and be clear what was needed they rather give up. What a waste of an application fee...Before I even decided to write a review my roommate did email the property manager and he even ignored her."

"This apartment complex is the projects. You will pay north of $1500 a month to have a techwood or bankhead courts experience. Remember what I told you after you sign the lease and realize what the real is. Listen to me, I am telling you the truth. 1This complex is extremely noisy because there is no noise ordinance. You will experience music playing at 2 am, children playing in the halls at 11:00 pm and people arguing outside their apartment all times of the day. The manager cannot do anything because there is no noise ordinance. Welcome to the projects. 2.Rabid children running through the complex and in your halls all day and night. None of these children have adult supervision, most importantly a father. As a result they run up and down the stairs, yelling and screaming. My next door neighbor is running an orphanage and you will hear children beating on the door all day to be let in. She will not give them a key to the apartment which tells you how she really feels about them. 3.You will be given a car sticker for parking. That is cap. The majority of the cars parked in the lot do not have a sticker. These people tailgate you to come into the complex. You are paying money to compete for a parking space with a person who has paid nothing. 4. The security gate is a joke. You will be told you need a local # to be allowed remote access to the gate to let friends in. Everyone else justs tailgates into the complex. I can’t order doordash because I don't have a local number, however everyone else just tailgates into the complex. 5. Repair people are low effort. When you call maintenance be prepared for low effort. If the problem cannot be fixed it in 3 minutes, they will claim it's not broken. 6.You will share a bedroom wall with the neighbor. My neighbor made so much noise at night I had to move my bed from the bedroom into the living room just to get sound sleep. I contracted management and nothing happened. Why? Because noise is not a violation of the lease. Your neighbor can bang on walls and play loud music all night and there is nothing management can do about it 7. Wait till them West Cobb Mexicans find out that one person can rent and then 15 people can move in because they don't need a parking sticker or a gate pass. They will blow this place up. Just sit back and watch. Welcome to Glen Park projects. Its run like a project and attracts project mentalities. Last night I had to tell 3 children to stop bouncing a ball in the hallway outside of my door at 11:00 pm at night. This is fine because there is no noise ordinance. They can play full court bball in the hallway at 3 am and it is not a thing the manager can do about it. Where are their parents? Who knows."

"I moved out of this community about a week ago. Rose is the wonderful lady who I worked with to move her, she’s simply amazing! The grounds keeper Corey was always so nice and helpful, and the manager Jorge was the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with a lot over my 15 years of renting. Like with any community, people has their expectations and it doesn’t take much to go from love to hate. For once, I have literally no complaints from the staff to the community! My child grew up here for 3 years. She and I have made life long friendships in Glen park. No issues with bugs, trash, noisy neighbors or anything. The moving out process was simple. I got a little bit of change back from my deposit and after over 3 years with children in the home it was less than a perfect unit when I left and they didn’t look to find multiple reasons to charge me so I’m grateful for that as well. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a new place to call home. Best wishes Glen Park Family!"
