"Where do I even begin. My moved in started off really chaotic because I was personally in a rush to move and came across The Park at Vinings. I have literally been helped by everyone in the office from Ms. Carmen who helped my the first day to Ms. Trina who is one of the most genuine individuals I have met in a long time. She absolutely made it her mission to see that I was taking care of once I got approved. We pretty much talked every day until the process was complete. Although I started off in one apartment but because of me rushing it wasn’t fully complete so upon being there there were a few things that needed to be fixed although I was patient and willing to wait. They were unwilling to make me wait they quickly move me to another apartment that was ready. With no hesitation, even when it comes to Brandi doing what she did to help me just let me know that I’m in the right place. I truly appreciate the entire staff at the park at Vinings, but a huge, huge thank you to Ms.!Trina for all of her hard work and dedication at seeing me through this process it doesn’t go unnoticed. She’s a true asset to your company and without her interaction I wouldn’t be there. Thank you for the exceptional and memorable customer service experience you have provided me."
"Park at Vinings is a beautiful community surrounded by many trees. It has amazing pool and tennis courts. We had recently moved to a new apartment which is spacious than our first apartment. I really admire the leasing office staff here, they made our process easier and smooth. Brandy Braid is our leasing associate who is friendly, generous and wonderful person. She took care of our application and made sure our new apartment is ready within the move-in date. She communicates after her working hours too to make sure everything goes well and smoothly. Lazarus and Trina are both polite and patient with us. All of them really work hard and always communicate with a great enthusiasm and optimism. I really enjoy talking with them all as they always welcome with a big smile whenever I visit the leasing office. I really appreciate all of the leasing staff who helped us in this process. Thank you."
