"I had my eye out on this apartment complex for quite some time. I’ve lived in the Smyrna area and wanted to stay here. One bedrooms are really hard to come by. I’m so glad that I was able to get one. For the amenities and the upgrades and the location, the price isnt terrible. The space is very nice. Everyone has been super helpful and friendly. James in maintenance and Carlos, the leasing assistant manager have been wonderful. I would recommend this complex and area to anyone."

"I moved in 3 weeks ago. Very happy with my decision. Beni & Carlos, in the office, are exceptional in their attentiveness, communication, kindness and professionalism. I had a very welcoming and smooth move in experience. Leon & James have attended to couple of maintenance requests already. They are very helpful, thorough and professional. The interior of my renovated unit is lovely. I like the layout. The appliances are great. I did have a couple of cockroaches (ick) after 2 weeks. I called the office and Beni put in a work order for maintenance to come spray in the unit and exterminator to do exterior. When I came home that evening, there was a work order on my counter that maintenance came to spray. 2 dead roaches the next morning :) It is safe and affordable for the location. Easy access to 285 (interstate noise for some of the buildings and at the pool). Sprouts is right up the street. Less than 10 min drive to variety of shopping near Cumberland. 20min drive to anything in town. I work downtown, and it’s never more than 25 min commute. I did a lot of apartment shopping ITP and Smyrna, vinings, Marietta area. I’m confident I made the best choice! (I’m on the ground floor with beautiful windows. I do plan to get a security system to play it smart. In fact, doing that today!)"

"I just moved into my new apartment on May 27, 2021. I have been working alot with Carlos and he has been Great! The office & maintenance team have been wonderful to work with. They have went above & beyond to make sure my apartment was ready for me. I am very happy to be here and I hope it's a very long stay."

"Work orders/repairs are completed rather quickly! Leasing office staff members were kind the entire time I lived there. The apartments are updated and the location is great. However, I experienced a MAJOR problem with bugs! The bug problem caused me to move out before my lease ended. Now that my lease has ended the company is taking a very long time with my refund. This is causing such an inconvenience for me. I paid them in a timely manner, so I expect to be refunded in a timely manner."
