"Here's what you want to know: Pros: > Cheap Two Bedroom Apartments > Well Maintained Property > Well Lit Property > New Appliances (Varies) > Large Parking Spaces > No Parking Permit Needed > Convenient Location > Large Porches Cons: > Didn't See Apartment Until Day Of Moving In > No Valet Trash > Cozy Spaces (Dare I Say Small Square Footage) > Maintenance Takes A Bit (Toilet Troubles: 1-2 Days Typically, Other: Around A Week So Far) > The Nit Picky Stuff > Money Order First Months Payment, Card In Person For Future Payments (No Processing Charge) > Cost Based On Prior Tenants Apartment Damages (This one confused me for sure) > The Wait List Summary: I moved into a two bedroom w/o a dining room after being on a wait-list for about a year (mainly because I renewed at my old place prior to the availability calls) and was pleasantly surprised with new appliances and new carpeting. Within the month of move in all windows and the porch door were also replaced. This probably isn't the experience for everyone, but so far I've been pleasantly surprised with the kind staffing, clean property, and comfortable living accommodations. The gym is accessible via key card access (one per apartment) and rent is a fixed rate for the year (doesn't vary from water usage). Did I mention it's only 10 to 15 minutes from most parts of Charlotte?!?! Give them a call and get started on your application process today! Bonus - Thought I'd throw this in there there's a small laundry room separate from the kitchen (access via the kitchen). It's soooo nice to have the separation."

"I’ve been here for three years and they don’t care about your well-being at all and this whole apartment has roaches. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything I’ve had the same toilet problem for almost a year and they refuse to call in a real professional. The gym is super small. Trash everywhere. Management is rude. There was also a fire here and they never communicated to the residents what actually happened. My car has been broken into twice. Don’t even reply to my post management, we both know you could care less!"

"I've lived here for 5 years ,and have never had any major issues! In a facility this large and densely populated, we can always expect "hiccups", especially when there's heavy weather, or total power system issues, but in that case - Duke Energy is VERY responsive - I've only experienced 3 minor power outages of 10 - 30 minutes each in 5 years! Office staff is helpful/kind and VERY responsive and courteous... The maintenance staff is a group of extremely helpful and capable people!!! Always glad to help and VERY responsive!!! (And hard working - always smiling and courteous!!!) OH, and the landscaping is well maintained and quite beautiful - nice lawns, cut weekly, and beautiful grand trees + shrubs very efficiently maintained (only about 5 - 6 minutes of noise when they are cutting and trimming in front of the unit!). Yes, my experiences and time living here have been a REALY positive one - I'd recommend the OASIS to anyone interested in good care by ALL staff, well lit lots, and decent living conditions! OK, there should be a few extra regular parking spaces for visitors and handicapped drivers in front of each building entrance , but it's not too bad!) All totaled, a definitely good place to be!"

"Went for a tour of a 2 bed 2 bath on Wednesday, and the layout is beautiful. It’s spacious and comfortable.The bedrooms are reasonably spacious, the closets are walk-in, the bathrooms are very nice. The kitchen is spacious as well and also the patio looks comfortable although no storage closet is available but not that much of a big deal, for the price and quality it’s very nice. The young lady who helped me was very professional, nice and well mannered. She answered all my questions and concerns. Will be applying on Monday, am very excited and anxious to move and become part of this community. Thank you!"

"The leasing office staff member is very rude and short. I tried to contact them multiple times and could never get anyone on the phone. Once I was able to take off of work to visit the place the lady that answered the door was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I could barely finish a sentence before she shut me down and stated “nothing is available.” She didn’t even ask what I was looking for. I even tried to tell her that I’m not looking to move right away and I can wait until something comes available and she still cut me off to say “there’s nothing available” through the half opened door with an attitude. She didn’t even offer to take my information or tell me any other information except “there’s nothing available.” She was so short that I wasn’t able to catch her name but the staff needs to be properly trained on how to speak with potential residents. I’ve never felt so little and disrespected by a stranger and I hope no one else has to experience her or that type of treatment."
