"Although my partner and I didn't end up choosing Solis as our new home, our touring experience was great. We came by as a walk-in after having a negative experience at CityPark View nearby. Despite being busy, JC was helpful in answering our questions and even making time to show us a unit in person to help us get a feel for the community. There were also great specials being run at the time, and JC talked us through them all to maximize the benefits for us. I also appreciated that this community has rent-controlled prices. Great, luxury place but we just found something that was a little bit of a better fit with our preferences and budget."

"Just do it! I moved here from out of state without physically stepping foot at Solis Millennium. JC was wonderful, answered all of my questions and believe me, I had a lot of questions. He gave me a virtual tour. The place looks exactly like the pictures. And they have have events like Muffins and Mimosas! Huge plus lol everything is new and beautifully decorated. The gym is great and modern. Everything is newly built and they are still building, so can't wait! Everyone in the office is nice. I definitely don't regret it."

"I went to Clean juice this pass Saturday and I seen their company cards and I just loved the little set up they had in the store. The clean juice staff member informed me that Simone was an amazing person and I should reach out to her. I ended up stopping by because I had some free time and I happened to be on that side of town on Sunday! When I tell you the MOST professional person I’ve every met while touring an apartment complex. Very detailed, made me feel welcome instead of just trying to make me lease with the apartment complex.
