"I have lived here for almost a year and am very happy with my decision to move here. The buildings are great and have wonderful amenities. They have gatherings for the residents to enjoy once a month that are fun and interesting. The staff is very kind and personable! They have been very responsive to my questions and minor issues I have had here. I would say that this is one of the best spots to move to in Rock Hill!"

"I don't write a lot of reviews, however, Exchange at Rock Hill is worth sharing.This truly is a home atmosphere and not just another apartment rental. From the first time I walked into the office, Shannon, Rahmon and Austin were so welcoming and genuine. All my questions were answered in a professional yet down to earth way. I really appreciated that. Also, while I was there, a few residents came in with their pets who were greeted with treats and belly rubs from the staff! Love that ♡ With the many detailed floor plans to choose from, which are just stunning!, the complete body challenging fitness center, a relaxing and gorgeous pool setting that is beautifully lit up at night, a separate yet quiet workspace for those who might work from home and just want to opt for a refreshing, business setting from time to time, active community events and another plus is that there is on-site maintenance, undeniably worth checking out. The location is fabulous! Rock Hill SC is the place to be! From restaurants, parks, on stage theater, art and many cultural/historical events, seasonal farmers markets and fruit stands, as well as great shopping. Downtown is within walking distance and can be seen from Exchange at Rock Hill's rooftop terrace! I would encourage you to take a tour of Exchange at Rock Hill and see what you think!"

"We love living at The Exchange! The community is great and we always feel “at home.” The biggest difference I’ve noticed from living in other communities is how wonderful the staff is with their tenants. Rahmon, Shannon and Austin always make me feel welcome and love on my dog. Yes, they even love on your pets. They have been very intentional since day one. Also, I want to shout out George, because he truly takes care of everyone and always has a smile on his face!"

"Staying here for a while! I have lived in 4 apartment complexes over the past 7 years and this one is the best! Monthly Rent Rate is reasonable. Surrounding community is walkable and lively but not too much. Amenities are first class. Special events are every month. Staff is responsive and caring (Shannon, Rahmon, and Austin) Maintenance is so helpful and on top of all requests. Interior of apartments is modern and spacious. I love the layouts. Exterior is all ways kept clean. The only thing I wish we had was RECYCLING but I’m a granola type of girl. The trash service is top notch. Thank you Exchange for another great year. 2 years down and more to go especially with the housing interest rates why would we move!"
