"Stayed there this past weekend for our daughter’s volleyball tournament in Rock Hill. One of the mom’s in our group mentioned to the manager that we had to be at the event at 7:00 am. Breakfast at the hotel wasn’t starting until 6:30 am. The manager called the breakfast employee and asked them to come in early so our girls could start the day with a good meal. She agreed without hesitation! Not only came in early on Saturday but came in early on Sunday, too! We will definitely stay there next year! Rooms were spacious and very clean. Hot water was great!"

"My reservation somehow got muddled, and I was very tired and unhappy. Sean patiently did his best to help out. Seeing my frustration, the night manager, Kimberly, stepped in to assist. Kimberly quickly and satisfactorily resolved the problem. Great job and kudos to Kimberly and Sean. Indeed, all the staff here are quite friendly and helpful. The spacious rooms are larger than most hotels. They're also clean and well-kept. There is a grocery store, sports bar, and a Mexican restaurant just across the street."

"Awesome place to stay.. Met Joe and Shaun when first arrived and they were super nice and friendly and very helpful... The later met Kimberly who presented us with treats and goodies for our Dog... This place is great.. The Hot Breakfast was so good and having hot coffee available all day was a super plus for us... We will definitely be back.. Rooms were clean and entire staff was friendly and smiled all of the time.. Thank You Home2 Rock Hill!"

"As always staying at Home2 suites has its benefits due to the kitchen and bigger rooms than normal Hilton. But this Home2 falls short in their housekeeping. Requested to top up my conditioner for a week yet nothing was done. Had to bring the empty bottle to front desk to get it changed. Housekeeping was not done on the day it was supposed to be done - had to request for it. Joe was really apologetic and he tried to help but somewhere the communication broke down. Gym had no towels for 2 days, dirty towels just piled up at the laundry room. The lady on duty without name tag (she worked evenings on 14 and 15 Nov) did not have the right attitude - no energy and freaking just didn’t care about service. Most other staff were friendly enough. 2nd disappointing stay at a Home2 Suites."

"Absolutely beautiful place, excellent staff and service. Staff went out of their way to accommodate any and all needs. The rooms are like a large studio apartment. Can't go wrong staying here, I highly recommend!!"
