Quality Inn 2625 Cherry Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730

"We had left the microtel in rock Hill after a miserable experience. The quality inn put us on the ground floor. Nice sliding glass door to the outside. It had its pluses and minuses but we really liked it. The room was big. We were there almost 2 weeks. Basically we wanted peace and quiet and to be left alone. No one bothered us and the hotel staff only came for housekeeping when we asked. I must say they listened and gave us exactly what we asked for. We enjoyed our stay here.we only had one time in between our 2 weeks there was some confusion As to our checkout date and someone was annoying and knocked at a cruddy time outside of that wonderful. It's a great place for an extended stay. Very accomodating to longer term guests"

"I traveled for business for 20+ years and spent 250+ nights a year in a hotel. Primarily in Choice Hotels all over the country. This is by far the worst one I've ever experienced. The roach problem was so bad we got up in the middle of the night and packed our stuff and left. We didn't see any until we got up to use the rest room and turn the lights on. They were everywhere. They spent money renovating the rooms but not a dime on exterminating bugs. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in."

"This place has potential. I will say that my rooms have been clean over the last few stays. Jeff at the desk is a great guy and an asset to this place. I'll also say that the mattress, the sheets, the pillows, and the comforter are some of the softest I have ever felt in a hotel. Even better than the 5star hotels I've stayed in. This place is a great layover spot right off of interstate 78, allows big trucks to park in their lot hence the frequent stays. They also got a pretty good vending machine with cool stuff"

"I was put into 3 different rooms in a 24 hour period. The first one had never been cleaned, I let that go because miscommmnications happen. The second was reasonably clean, but there was no hot water in the shower. The third room’s bathroom has paint peeling and you could FEEL how squishy the floor is under the tub. I was nervous that I would fall through the floor as as I was showering. Then I had to sort through the towels and washcloths to find one that at least appeared to be clean. If you made it this far into my review, you might be asking why I didnt just go to a different hotel. I would’ve if it’d been an option, but I got dropped off by my supervisor while he went home. Now theyre telling me after all the headache and filth I have endured that I have to leave by noon or get charged for a 3rd night. On my way back to the room, a 3 inch roach passed me in the hall like it owned the place. I should have read other reviews before I came here or I would never had agreed to it. This place has been horrible"
