"AWFUL! Disgustingly dirty... shower did not function property filled halfway up on the tub. Contacted the front desk offered me a new room when we were checking out. My handicapped mother could not shower. Medication foil wrappers in the hallway, dirty hair balls in the elevator,non working elevator Is terrible experience never again!"

"OMG the most comfy bed I slept in . It's high so short people may need a springboard to get up on it. Breakfast was nothing great as I have seen a lot better at other holiday inn Express. The front desk attendant was also in charge of breakfast there was no orange juice I had to ask him to refill it. The eggs were cold,no bananas were out he was on his phone when I asked for more orange juice in the machine. It's possible the breakfast attendant called off and he was stuck with the job. It's a wonderful and clean place ,it was quiet as well. So no big deal over the breakfast things happen that are not planned. The beds make up for everything after a long trip from Pittsburgh to there it was welcome stop"

"I was very impressed with the look and feel of the room, it was very clean. Front desk Was phenomenal and so welcoming.....I believe her name is Ms. Theresa but I checked in Friday night. She was very nice and made me feel so at home away from home. Thank you so much I am enjoying my stay here."

"There was not a warm breakfast because "they were still waiting for the truck to arrive." Management could have posted a notice. People come to HIE because of this convenience. It is not a "free" breakfast. It's built in to the rate. It may be more a problem of poor management than of a late truck. I'm still a loyal IHG brand customer but I recommended to avoid this property. Otherwise it was a nice hotel."

"This is an amazing interstate hotel. It apparently is brand new. I would imagine the room we stayed in was used only a handful of times. The service while friendly was very shall I say unusual. We arrived without a reservation (road-trip), but there was no one to be found at the front desk for like five minutes. When she did notice I was there there was now a lobby full of people. I think this may have startled her. I asked for two QUEEN BEDS for my friend and myself and all seemed to go well. When came back from our car she asked what room she assigned to me and if I filled out "one of these" - lists their rules and asks for your car details. I said no and she seemed flustered. She had me fill out the form and then off we went to a KING BED. I just told my friend we would deal with it. The room was very nice and very clean and new, so please do not get me wrong - this place is very nice. My experience was just weird. One final thing, if you want ice they are not on every floor as depicted in the floor plans. We had to ask what floor actually had an ice maker."
