"I have never seen so many roaches in a hotel room. They scattered when we turned on the lights. They scattered in the bathroom. They were climbing up the wall, coming out of the outlets. We left immediately, even though it was late at night. It was disgusting. I can’t believe anyone would ever stay there. I can’t believe this place is in business still. Remodel or not, they didn’t bother to clean it up. It was the nastiest hotel I’ve been to. Negative stars if I could."

"I had the best experience staying at this location. The staff is excellent!! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I had the best experience with the front desk staff Crystal and Keri! They are the best! Crystal helped me through a very difficult process with my online booking. She was very supportive and knowledgeable. Crystal and Keri both go above and beyond to help with anything they can!!"

"While the woman at the front desk for a late-night check-in was extraordinarily lovely, capable, and professional, I feared for her safety and mine. She put me in the best area she could. Still, at 4 a.m., I was awoken by a loud party inside the hallway and into the room. Many people stayed in one room and were as loud and inconsiderate as possible. That lasted until 8 am. There was no security. There was no internet. Upon checking out, the new woman at the front desk ignored me as if I was not there while she was chatting with what seemed to be management, catching up on the day, etc. Finally, I interrupted, and she did not care. I talked to her while she was on the phone. I told her the room number of the party that prevented any sleep for me and that there was no internet. She said there was a soccer game and many parties (so, deal with it). She explained that I was one of many; no one had internet. No apologies; I just got back on the phone and could not give me a 2nd glance—the worst."

"We had an excellent experience during our stay at this location. The rooms are renovated which made the price we paid value for our money. The staff was friendly and the location was right off of I-77. Would stay again when we come back for Carowinds in the summer."

"Terrible establishment that doesn’t even know their own policy. We literally got kicked out for reporting our issues to corporate. They gave us a hard time about Service animals, they think service & “pets” are the same thing. They “don’t allow cats” yet per Motel 6 policy it’s CAT & DOG friendly. They will also ask for a pet fee of $200-$500 when per MOTEL 6 Policy PETS STAY FREE! Kicked us out and won’t give us the money back for the remainder of our nights because they have a “no refund policy” & all they are willing to give back is our $50 security deposit. I spoke with corporate and everything they are trying to do is a scam. They can’t charge pet fees, cats are allowed, & SERVICE ANIMALS ARE NOT PETS! We are making a police report & filing a law suit. If you have service animals or pets please do not stay in this Motel."
