"Oh where to start. I guess let’s start with the good. The staff was amazing. That’s it. Now on to the bad. The hotel itself should about be condemned. Rented the jacuzzi room wanting to relax and unwind. What a joke. Walked into the hallway and it smelled of mold, cigarettes and weed. Made it to the room. It stunk. Literally. The tv was off the mount just propped on a desk. The outlet covers were off and laying in front of the outlet. The window was busted and the repair was tape and a piece of plastic. The hot tub was disgusting. The nicest thing about this room was the bathroom. I will never return here again. Oh don’t mind the crackheads in the parking lot. Apparently they live there. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. For reference the room was 149. There’s mold in the hallways where the ceilings are leaking. Just don’t waste your hard earned money here."

"Rated it a 1/5 because I could give it a zero. The absolute worse place I have ever walked into. Pictures online are from when the place was new and do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. Looks like a place that is currently housing homeless. Smelled like weed. Only good part was when I told the front desk I was not staying here even though I booked, he said OK and quickly refunded my money. He knew. Please look at the actual photos taken of the room I was given."

"I understand what people are saying about the cosmetics and I get that but they are in the middle of remodel. My room was big, comfy bed, clean room. Didn’t see any cockroaches or anything like that. Water pressure was hot and good. I booked the room knowingly it was in middle of remodel so I have definitely stayed in worse. Gentlemen at front desk was nice, great customer service and a full breakfast in morning. Good parking lot for my truck and trailer which is a +. Would definitely book again. Thanks Wyndham."

"Wyndham should be ashamed of this property. As we walked down the hallway to our room we could smell smoke and there were buckets of water in the hallway from water that was dripping from the ceilings. The lights in the hallways were falling off. Carpet was dirty. When we got to our room, we found a leftover pizza wrapper in the corner. It didn't look as if the room had been vacuumed at all. The bathroom had black mold growing on the wall behind the toilet. The tub needs replaced along with everything else. There were bugs on the floor in the bathroom. We called the Comfort Inn next door and quickly booked a room. The only positive was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very friendly and understanding. He quickly refunded our money and we were on our way to go next door. The Comfort Inn by the way, is much nicer and a lot cleaner."
