"I was not aware this is not a real hotel. There is no lobby and the staff leaves at 7pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends. There are no carts to help you move your luggage. Photos show modern fixtures and the room appeared generally clean, but upon arrival I notice the dirty couch. The kitchen is stocked with plates and cups…but only 4 of each. Luckily I brought my own shampoo, because the refillable shampoo and body wash in the shower were empty. Not to mention , the very low water pressure in the shower. As I use the toilet, I notice a hole in the wall about the size of a pencil eraser. These days who knows if there is a camera there, so I stuff it with TP. The bed comforters are thin and worn and bath towels small and stiff. Not soft. One of the bedside lamp bulbs were burned out, as well as, the desk lamp. So, we had to use the bright overhead lights. And though I guess I should check myself, I have never had the alarm clock go off in other hotels and it did so at 5:30am! And to top it all off, 3 homeless people were hanging out about 15 feet from our window in the restaurant parking lot next door. Our room was ground level and it made us very uncomfortable. The staff did try to get them to leave, but still, not a good experience overall."

"I loved our room. We had plenty of room to spread put as a family of four. I greatly appreciated the wooden lament flooring. It made everything feel cleaner. It was simply decorated, which again I appreciated."

"It is hard to believe that the rooms have ever been deep cleaned. From the bloody sheets & pillows, stained furniture and mattresses, debris on the sofa bed, bugs crawling around, dirty floors, non working light fixtures, and black mold on the faucet, it is evident that housekeeping needs to thoroughly clean. If it wasn't for the main office being closed, I would have left with my family. I have pictures and I have video as proof. We had to chose between a dirty bed with blood & stains and a bed that has stains and hair to sleep tonight. We're really grossed out. My son was forced to sleep on the sofa, which upon opening it had so much dust and debris. I had to cover it all up with sheets and extra blankets. There were 3 guys that stayed a few doors that looked like they were on drugs who were drinking beers outside the back door. We really don't feel comfortable staying here. This is completely unacceptable!"

"I enjoyed my stay, late night check-in procedure was a little challenging but immediately handled with courtesy, my first room was moist, after a few nights I had to go to urgent care but I was promptly reassigned a new room which was much better. The layout was nice, beds comfortable, peaceful, pleasant staff. I would stay there again but would pay attention to the moisture in the room that I immediately noticed by ignored."
