"The rooms are on the smaller side but very clean and kept up. Everything was updated and nice. All staff members are friendly and help with any questions. There are several restaurants close by and some shopping. Would recommend if you are looking for a place in Rock Hill."

"I was pleasantly surprised with Hilton's new funky themed hotel. The premises were well lit, and clean. The lobby has a great 24/7 complimentary coffee bar and fresh fruit for snacks. To my surprise they had unsweetened almond milk when I asked. What made the check in special was an amazing employee named Nicki. She was very kind to my dog and I could tell she really cared about her job. The guest room was clean, funky and comfortable. I'll definitely be staying at a Tru Hilton again."

"Even a Super 8 has a microwave and a coffee maker in each room. Have stayed in about 10 hotels of various chains over the past 18 months. This was the most expensive and had the smallest rooms with the least amenities. Son and wife booked their room and ours at same time and requested then that the rooms be near each other. They arrived 1st and were assured the rooms were close. Well, 301 and 331 are not close. Same floor, opposite ends. Will we stay at another TRU by Hilton? No."
