"My family and I love this place! We've lived her for over two years and have no complaints. The landlord is nice, professional, and willing to help/find help if needed. The grounds are well taken care of and so is the laundry mat. Definitely a safe place to live with children!"

"Scott is extremely unprofessional. Won’t respond to calls or emails and we wanted to live there too. Even willing to pay 6 months advance because we are selling our house and need to find a place ASAP. I feel bad for people that live there because if he can’t even answer a call or email about renting the place, then I don’t know how he would answer calls for maintenance or any other types of concerns. Good luck renters!"

"Scott was a great landlord, I'm guessing the negative reviews on here are from bad tenants. I lived here for two years, and I never had any issue at Gallant Place. I was left alone, and any maintenance problems were promptly taken care of. Rent was affordable especially for the one bedroom, and all the appliances worked great. Always felt safe there as well. The grounds were well cared for, great pool etc. I would recommend to anyone, especially college students looking for an affordable but nice place to leave."

"I am a tenant of coming up on 2 years with very little to complain about. Location is great, quiet neighborhood, nice pool, walking distance to a public park, maintenance is on point, landlord is stern but VERY reasonable, grass stays cut, and apartments are the best bang for the buck. Only complaint I might have is parking. Assigned parking would make this rating a 10/10 vs the 9.8/10 that I am giving it. DO NOT hesitate to rent from Gallant Place!"
