"This place is garbage i know someone who stays out here and they have been complaining about how the property management has not done anything with fixing their broken appliances. They put in a work order a week ago and all they keep saying is the shipment hasn’t came in! Nobody has even came out and checked to see what’s really he problem! They don’t know if it’s an easy fix or if they need to give the tenant a new disposal!!’ They cut the grass but want everyone to pay there rent on time But can do what needs to be done! Please don’t look to stay here they don’t keep up their apartments! My friend also had to fix their on toilet and after they fixed it they finally came!! Garbage place and the individual that answers the phone is horrible as well i heard her talking to my friend and she no customer service skills!! Piss poor attitude!!"

"I can't believe how rundown this complex looks. the balcony's look horrible with the screens ripped and torn, people have laundry lines and a full forest on the balcony! This place used to look decent , you can tell it's being neglected"

Since we move to this apartment, I have asked for you to fix out kitchen faucet and bathroom that has been leaking for the months we have started living here. We spent 1 month with 2 kids with out air conditioning! We are sick of all the roaches coming out of all the cabinets and bathroom and bedroom! Filled with disgust! You all want to keep the outside of the apartment clean and great! Take more steps on getting better appliance and better your apartment condition!"

"Back at it again. I have a toilet that was NEVER repaired upon me moving in. Five months and counting, I was advised to be “patient”. I’ve had a broken hvac for 2 months that I had to beg the leasing office to fix. This place is the hood. People are yelling and having arguments in the parking lot past midnight. If you are looking for quiet living, this is NOT the place. I am currently looking for a lawyer to break my lease and looking for property management that cares. I pay my rent on time every month. You would think they wouldn’t breach the contract by fixing things per SC state rental laws."

"To make a long story short. I first looked into these in August 2020. Was told that a unit would be available one month after. After waiting a month to finally view the place and do paperwork the keys were not even in the office the day of the “move-in”. I was told that maintenance were in the apartment and it would not be ready until 3pm !! Smh. Well the place was roach infested, very unsanitary and damages were present in every room with half patched places. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live that’s clean!"
