"Have lived here a year and a half. Complex is well maintained. Leasing staff available to handle concerns and complaints in a timely fashion. Complex is conveniently located to stores, medical facilities, parks and entertainment venues. Atmosphere is safe and friendly. It is a “must see”."
"I’m a new resident to Brookstone. I absolutely love it! The grounds are kept pristine. It is so beautifully maintained. It also appears that they want to make sure any major appliances and carpet are replaced as needed prior to a new tenant moving in. Mahogany is amazing to work with. She listens and wants to make sure you are taken care of. Great place to live"
"Overall it was a good experience. But, the past year it has gone downhill. They sent me a new offer 10 days before renewing charging me more and would not accept the previous offer they sent. Furthermore, they said they sent a notification on when that offer expires and I told them I did not get that. They would not even check saying they had documentation of that at every apartment. Customer service has been eroded, rent through the roof by more 50%. The place use to be a gem, but I believe you can find better options today that are more affordable for what you get. I will not be renewing again."
