"Hey there! I just wanted to share with you how much I'm loving my new community since I moved here in November 2023. The security here is top-notch because we have police officers living in the area. Plus, the staff are super friendly and always make me feel welcome. And don't even get me started on maintenance - whenever I have an issue, they're always quick to respond and fix it up. It's been such a wonderful experience living here so far!"

"When Yorkshire got bought out by their new owner, everything went down hill. All they cared about is how everything looked. And of course raising the rent. Was told it was due to the new Panthers facility, of course that didn't happen but they decided to still raise the rent. Nothing got upgraded in the actual apartment. Was told my stove would be replaced and it never did. Trying to get in contact with anyone is like pulling teeth, and the new front desk lady is the most unprofessional person. They stopped caring about the people and only cared about money. I've been gone almost a year now and still never received my security deposit back they owed me. Please, avoid this place. Not worth what they charge."

"If I could have put zero stars I wouldve! The staff in Yorkshire are liars. Be very careful when dealing with this apartment complex! The type behavior I put up with for the last two months was horrendous! They will be reported to the BBB!"

"I’ve been a resident here for over 9 years. I love Marty she’s the best and helps me as much as she can when I do need her. Our maintenance staff are always on top of things whenever I need them , so grateful I do love the changes being made to the neighborhood. Only thing I wish was that we as returning customers should’ve had the option of an updated renovation. We are paying for the changes but still have a lot of outdated homes."
