"Just wanted to take a moment and shoutout Dickson. I had never met somebody so welcoming and helpful before coming here. He made the moving process very easy and was there to answer my 100 calls and questions whenever I had them. I haven’t lived here long but so far it’s been nothing but great and the staff is amazing and a good time. Thank you Whisper Creek and especially Dickson"
"Refrigerator was delivered in timely manner. But fave me one from empty unit. Freezer seal an Refrigerator seal not good and Refrigerator light does not work."
"Whisper Creek presents quite well. And that's where it ends. Once you're in, be prepared for a miserable living experience. Following is my experience, thus far: Let's start with noisy, inconsiderate neighbors. The tenants in this facility are noisy and selfish. I have kept detailed records of these instances which have been provided to property management. Their response..."There's really nothing we can do to help. If it's after hours then call the police." They obviously simply rent to anyone who is able to afford the rent, and obviously couldn't give a damn about pretty much anything else. Next, let's talk about the outdated appliances...The stove appears to be something left over from when this place was built in the '90s. It works, however every burner on the cooktop is differently uneven which causes anything in your pans to pool over to one side of the pan. And the oven struggles to maintain even temperatures. Then there is the dishwasher...which by they way has got to be the loudest machine I have ever heard. With it running, you cannot watch tv or listen to music at a reasonable level because it is just so loud. On several occasions I have attempted to address this issue with the property manager whose response was quite simply, "Don't use it." Unbelievable! The microwave...It works, however, upon move-in, I found it to be coated with crud both inside and out, which really causes one to question this facility's cleanliness. And on that note, let's talk about the incessant and constant problem with insects. Since day one, there has been an issue with flying insects. The property manager's reaction..."There's really nothing we can do about them. They've been a problem in every apartment I've ever lived in." First of all, what kind of response is that? Secondly, what kind of dumps has this guy lived in?! They will send the exterminator...who, based on the footage of my in unit cameras doesn't really do much of anything beyond spray a chemical around the door frames. So much for getting to the root of the problem. The washer and dryer...nice amenity to have for sure. But the units are bottom barrel basics. When I opened the washer I found roaches in the tub and on the inside rail. The dryer made a loud scraping noise whenever the drum would turn. The noisy drum is a maintenance issue that was actually resolved! From here let's move to the breezeway area between apartments. I have placed several maintenance requests to take care of the light at the top of the stairs. Issue being the light fixture is completely filled with dead bugs. You can see the light inside the unit when it is on, however, because of the number of dead bugs in the fixture there is not enough light coming through to illuminate the stairs. This issue, after 3 1/2 months is still not resolved. How difficult would it be to remove the plastic shield, shake out the bugs and put it back? They obviously don't give a damn whether or not you can see the stairs in the dark. These days rental rates are simply outrageously high, and Whisper Creek more than takes advantage of that. As stated above, the place presents well (on the surface), and sweet talks you with their amenities, but you have to ask yourself if the amenities are something management is willing to put their promises behind. So far as I can tell, the only thing this place seems interested in taking care of is the pool and pool area. If you're considering this property, look elsewhere. Whisper Creek is NOT worth the hassle and utter unhappiness you will be subject to."
"The management here are the best. Maintenance personnel esp Darrin is very respectful whenever he needs to do something inside the unit. He respects the rules of our home."
"We had a water leak in our ceiling, and it was fixed ASAP before it became a problem. For someone that has had a lot of apartment complexes that would just ignore the leak and just paint over the spots it is causing, I am very happy to be able to trust my maintenance team. I did have holes in my ceiling for the following two weeks, but when they came to fix it it looked very good. You can’t even tell it happened!"
