"I have lived at Woodberry for almost 9 months, and I'm very happy that I decided to rent here. Brad and Anna, the manager and assistant manager, are wonderful. They are very friendly and responsive. The maintenance supervisor is also extremely responsive. If I put in a request, it's typically addressed the same day! Communications from Woodbury are also timely and complete. The owners of the complex have undertaken many upgrades and renovations since I've lived here (roofs, HVAC, windows, sliding glass doors, appliances, countertops, vanities, and cabinets) I had no idea I'd be moving into a community that is so well cared for. Residents are friendly, and the amenities (pool, fire pit, grills, dog park) also make living here very pleasant. P.s. an added bonus is the many incredible flower gardens (maintained by one of the amazing residents here and worthy of magazine covers and paintings)"
