"Lovely hotel, with great breakfast options on the menu. Room was "upgraded" to river view, which meant overlooking the river, but also the very noisy interstate. So, not doing that upgrade again."

"Stayed here a couple months ago for work, this is an excellent Hilton. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties for work and I enjoyed this property (some aren't so great). Staff and grounds well kept. Restaurant speedy. Room was clean and updated. Free parking as well. Thanks!"

"We enjoyed our room and the location central to other activities in Asheville. Service at the bar and dinning were great, service at the front desk however was not great. Overall would stay again."

"Was very pleased with my stay and would return here for sure. Plenty to do in the immediate Biltmore Square. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well kept. Though breakfast was not included the lobby restaurant was good. And I have to brag on the Hilton Employee Bob, he was so great and Helpful!!! Wish every hotel had an employee like Bob! He would go out of his way with everyone I saw him interact with."

"Clean, very well, equipped and adequate suite in this price range. My wife and I were headed to an event with another couple, and we took the room for the afternoon so that we would have a place to change, shower, and then be in perfectly good condition & spirits for our show. The adequate for what I would consider a three star facility. I would be glad to go back should I need to use this hotel again."
