"Perfect experience, meeting all my expectations. Good rate, clean room, comfortable bed, Nothing special about breakfast but that's what I expect. My first stay at Sleep Inn, will not be my last."

"The room was clean but the mattress was a little too firm for my liking. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was a little disappointing, some items had run out and we were there pretty early."

"Came to visit NC and did not expect it to be peak season so had a hard time finding a hotel at a reasonable rate. This hotel was the cheapest for last minute but still very pricey $260/night for this hotel. It definitely needs some upgrades. The old fashioned ac kept turning off and wouldn’t turn back on unless I turn to fan and back to ac but who wants to do this all night. I complained but no maintenance at that time nor did they offer any discount which they could of afford for the price they charged for a 2 star hotel. Bed wasn’t very comfortable either. I was grateful to find a room which is why I gave 2 star but if I had a choice I would probably stay elsewhere."

"The front desk attendant was very friendly. The room was clean. the bed was big and comfy. The breakfast was good. The view was excellent. It's not some grand luxury hotel, but it is everything you can ask for at that price while being a very short drive to downtown or the Biltmore."
